Willis Clow leads Payment Provider Strategy for Bank of America and has held various payments roles over the last ten years, working directly with partners from the payment Networks. He recently authored a Bank of America white paper on Agentic Commerce in partnership with the Bank’s strategy, innovation, and product teams. An active member of the U.S. Payments Forum and Identity & Access Forum, Willis has also co-authored white papers with the Debit Routing and Identity Access Management sub-committees.
Willis holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a Masters of Music from the University of Southern California. In his spare time he serves as an Adjunct Professor of Music at the University of Utah and is a Board member of the Utah-based non-profit Spy Hop.
