Sandra’s background spans AI adoption strategy and implementation, risk mitigation, and go-to-market leadership across startups, high-growth mid-market companies, and major technology brands including Apple and NVIDIA. Her work focuses on AI as an operating discipline rather than a purely technical initiative, with particular emphasis on decision readiness, governance, and cross-functional alignment as organizations scale adoption responsibly.
