He has worked extensively with major card brands, issuing/acquiring banks, processors, and financial institutions around the world, delivering strategic guidance, product design, technology modernization, and secure implementation frameworks.
Mansour is known for bridging business needs with emerging innovation — helping organizations adopt new technology, strengthen security, and scale efficiently in rapidly changing payment environments. His background spans executive consulting, technical architecture, product strategy, and global deployment across both established systems and next-generation payment platforms.
He currently advises organization on payment technologies through his consulting company, and training through Secure Payments Academy where he develops and delivers specialized training programs on payments, EMV, mobile payments, fraud and security systems, and modernization technologies, equipping industry professionals with the practical knowledge needed to operate, innovate, and compete confidently in today’s ecosystem.
Mansour served as a member of the Steering Committee of the US Payments forum, and has been a co-chair of its Communications and Education working committee.
