Daniel Meyer is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Camunda. He has been with the company since 2010, initially joining as a student consultant while obtaining his Master’s degree in computer science. Over his career at Camunda, Daniel has played a pivotal role in leading significant technological advancements and is responsible for the end-to-end development and maintenance of the company’s leading products.
As an advocate for process orchestration and automation, he frequently speaks at technology industry events, sharing insights on topics such as product strategies, trends in automation, and the intersection of technology with business. His holistic approach emphasizes the importance of understanding business objectives in technology strategy, reflecting a modern view of the CTO role.
Daniel holds an M.Sc. in computer science from the University of Potsdam and has been instrumental in shaping Camunda’s contributions to the automation landscape, particularly within the banking and financial services sectors.
