Elaine Wooton is a technical expert in the area of identity management and security documents. After a 30-year stint with the US government (DOJ-INS and DHS-ICE), she is providing consulting and education services to government, industry and community parties. Elaine’s focus areas include design strategies for security documents (especially the use of printed digitally signed elements), forensic document examination, and the evaluation and development of forensic tools to assess digitally created and reproduced documents.
